BLOSSOMING LANDSCAPE ACTION

Together we can create blossoming bee pastures in our gardens!

WHERE THE SEED OF HOPE FLOURISHES, LIFE CAN BLOSSOM.

Using our mix of seeds from wild and cultivated flowers in your garden, you can create your own sanctuary for bees and other insects.
Our specially selected seed mix will brighten up your garden with colourful blossoms and deliver pollen and nectar during the whole insect season to the bees, bumblebees and butterflies. The mixture contains marigold, sunflower, meadow sage, wild marjoram, cornflower, bugloss, Rampion & many more.

All donations which we receive for our bee pasture seed mix packs will be invested 100% in our Bee Sanctuary. You can purchase these seed mix packs at any of our events or via Email info@bienenschutzgarten.at.

DER BIENENSCHUTZGARTEN CREATES BLOSSOMING LANDSCAPES 

The Bee sanctuary care program is creating blossoming landscapes with the following projects:

  • The construction of an ecological model project, which will have in all seasons a rich and diverse supply of pollen rich plants, that the honey and wild bees and other nectar-and pollen-seeking insects need for their basic survival.

  • Creating a nationwide scheme for the creation, protection and care of ecological flower pastures for the bees benefit, this scheme will be supported by private landowners, farmers, gardeners, beekeepers and local councils.

     

  • We will work in cooperation with local seed suppliers to develop regionally adapted, ecological seed mixtures for bee pastures

     

  • We will create amongst the general public a sense of awareness of just how important natural flower pastures are for the basic wellbeing of the bees.

     

  • Dialogue and networking with dedicated individuals, initiatives and organizations to jointly implement our objectives.

     

  • We will set up educational programs that will the raise the awareness of our children by promoting the Bee Sanctuary in schools.
